  3. Doesn’t sound like they did.

    Absence of evidence isn’t a CPS failure. Sadly, such cases are very hard to prove.

  6. Odd that- I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact he was extremely weathly and no doubt donated to the various political parties

  7. Does failed mean “we knew and chose not to act” in this case?

  8. I wonder if the person in charge of the CPS at the time has anything to say about this ?
