[MEDICAL NEWS] Marc Andre ter Stegen underwent successful surgery this afternoon on a patellar tendon injury in his right knee performed by Dr Joan Carles Monllau under the supervision of the FC Barcelona Medical Services He will be unavailable for selection until he has fully recovered.
This is his second injury on that knee iirc, I dont think he is recovering from this at his age. The guy finally gets to start for Germany, and this happens… it’s a sick joke
In terms of injuries how bad is a patellar tendon injury?
This is really sad just when he got into the National team. He truly has very bad luck

Speedy recovery
