Hijacking this thread to see if anyone has tips on making a whack of soda farls in one sesh.
I do them in a cast iron pan but after two batches the flour burns and I always have to switch to another pan.
Can’t buy sodas where I am so I like to make a pile when I’m doing them.
Anyone done them in the oven? Was thinking about trying that if it would work.
