23° at those altitudes is no joke.
It truly is amazing how many people believed they could run over 15kms without any training…
Especially with all those one metre high bridges over the grachten you have to cross.
Send help… saw the sun for 10 minutes… having heat stroke…
I stay hydrated in the Med with 10 pints a day, fuel the machine, keep fluids topped up
