Well, russia claims it’s russian territory and the georgia government plans to apologize to russia for the 2008 war, as well as formally accept the russian annexation of their territory, so ukraine wouldn’t be attacking another country, if they go for that port.
In that case, I hope a lot of Russians concentrate at that base.
