Hello Germans! Any help here would mean the world. I moved here about 1,5 months ago, and 2 weeks ago I recieved this letter. I’m aware I’ll need to pay the radio a fee an whatnot.
I’m however confused as to this part of the questionnaire. I’ve filled in my iban and info on the page behind, but can’t seem to understand this page. What is a Beitragsnummer and where do I find it? My understanding is I tick the first box and my partner ticks the second and enters my number? But where do I find it?

You only have to pay the fee once per household. If your partner already pays you tick the second box and enter their number.
If none of you already pay you tick the third box and enter your moving-in date. You will then receive a Beitragsnummer.
