we will always be viewed as lesser than westerns. what’s even the point from having meetings then? the palestinians have lived in an apartheid for 70 years as second-class citizens. israel doesn’t want to give them a state nor give them citizenship. and yet they are the ones who are dehumanized and blamed. the westerns criticize us for lacking democracies but they support our dictatorships when implementing democracies in our countries isn’t to their interests. my country egypt is a military dictatorship supported by the united states. we will always be the children of a lesser god. what’s even the point? might as well seek other alliances instead of allying with the united states.
