Thats clear as fuck for everyone who did even the most basic of research on this since decades.
People are really just willingly uninformed, sometimes even proudly so.
Many people say that they distrust coorporations and the government but drink their cool aid anyways.
What’s frustrating is that I’ve tried to get answers from my local municipality about the percent of plastic they receive that gets recycled. They continue to insist that almost all of the plastic they receive does get recycled, but I guess that’s mathematically impossible? Why do they continue to push the lie?
Of course it is. It’s a bunch of carbon and hydrogen. Not exactly scarce elements.
