Someone needs to remind the BBC Hamas is literally an internationally recognized terrorist organization. There’s no journalistic integrity left in this world.

It’s actually good to not call them terrorists but instead the legitimate rulers of Gaza. That way people can’t deflect any criticism by holding Israel to a higher standard that poor uneducated “terrorists” who don’t know any better.
If they are referred as being legitimate then people can’t downplay their war crimes.
Just FYI this isn’t new, it’s always been the BBC’s policy not to directly use the term terrorist. They will use it if they’re quoting someone else.
Is the correct term, “people who engage in terrorism” instead of terrorists?
A generation grew up under a blockade with no end or hope in sight, what did Isreal think that would create? What did they think would happen? Both sides are equally at fault for it all IMO.
