I’m thinking she won’t get a card from The Donald.
Having been through that with my mum all I can say is I hope she gets to say goodbye to people on her own terms and then peacefully slips away. It was extremely difficult. Never been a fan of her work at all but that doesn’t matter now
Many may not agree with her point of view etc etc. But she was a tower of strength to me last year when a close family member was diagnosed with cancer. So she’s nae bad in my view. May her last days be peaceable 🙏
Sorry I’m just so dumping my thoughts. Sorry I feel like I’m just projecting my thoughts as she looks kind of similar to my mum. My mum died of cancer last year and she was a huge Janey Godley fan. She even had me buy some merch for her during covid. It’s just really upsetting that someone my mum enjoyed is going through the same shit my mum’s been through. I was never a fan of her but I appreciate her making my mum laugh during COVID.
Even though I wasn’t her biggest fan and I’m aware of some of her significant controversies I cannot help but feel sorry.
It’s incredibly sad.
Who is she? Never heard of her.

Fuck cancer.
Gutted for ye janey. Ye made the pandemic bearable xxx

During lockdown her voiceovers of the daily COVID announcements kept me laughing.

I hope that in some way, Nicola Sturgeon does some sort of small tribute to her, in the manner of Ryan Gosling actually eating the cereal when that YouTube guy died
When the history books are written of this era, and examples of protests against Trump are needed, her photograph will be, I hope, among the chosen images.
