38. So basically these Ukrainian troops serve no purpose but were used as a PR stunt. Ukraine is in a desperate fight for survival and the army is holding almost empty land just so they can say "look over here" bring your cameras, while their soldiers are dying in the hundreds every day inside there own territory. This was a bad idea.
