The problem with Kamala Harris is that she is a huge liar. With Trump, he is a known quantity and I believe his vision for America is a better fit for most. With Harris you don’t really know what you are getting because you cannot believe a single thing she says. Bernie Sanders himself said during a recent interview that she is only saying things voters want to hear, but if elected she will do what she can in order to uphold and expand the progressive far left agenda and ideology.

You can’t end poverty by building the middle class. End poverty and it will build up the middle class, but it is a horse, cart thing. Harris is definitely a step in the right direction, but we haven’t actually bottomed out yet nor do we have the reps needed for real change. We could see some legit progressive policies after 2028 (I suspect Harris would be willing to sign some), until then it’s just going to be band aids that also subsidize gentrification and neglect human rights.
