How many times will we see this kind of attitude by the police and courts? Where drivers kill and seriously hurt people and get off with a slap on the wrist?
Takes the piss how little the lives of pedestrians and cyclists matter for the sake of convenience for drivers.

I really do not understand why traffic violations are not enforced in the UK. Surely even if you drive, you don’t want to drive with those people on the road?
