Trump claimed that President Biden and Vice President Harris have failed to navigate the conflict, asserting he could negotiate peace if re-elected. He suggested that Zelensky seeks Harris’s victory to secure ongoing US funding. Meanwhile, Zelensky questioned Trump’s understanding of the war and sought additional military aid and security guarantees from Biden, emphasizing his “victory plan” to end the conflict.

  8. I'm a conservative completely pissed off about how Tucker Carlson has my group thinking Ukraine is a con job. How convenient for Trump to consistently overlook the illegal and unprovoked invasion and the many war crimes taken place there. He brags about staying out of war, then embraces and helps the biggest warmonger on the planet, by attacking his victims, while promising to stop the sanctions put in place to discourage his war efforts. This has to be politically motivated against Biden and completely divorced from reality and human compassion.

  15. As a simple human, ending War would be like no supply of weapons and ammo to Ukraine means unlikely for them to counter Russias aggression. Even if Other Allies support them without US they can no longer do what they really want to hurt Russia and claim Victory. I think Trump will partially stop the weapons aid and tell Ukraine to make a deal with Russia but some of its occupied territory will no longer be claim back. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Trump sent weapons to Ukraine during his presidency not to mention all the sanctions that he imposed on Russia. Trump is nothing but a liar. He's so fkn conceited. Kamala is a joke too. So now what if Trump wins the election and goes down on his knees to Putler, kissing his butt, and Putler tells Trump to F*%^ off, that he will not settle for anything less than all of Ukraine and half of Western Europe. Will Trump say, "Oh Ok, it is all yours, but just let me exit out of the NATO alliance before you annex the Baltics and Poland"???   25. Trump calls Zelensky the "Greatest Salesman" for defending his country. Funny deal but I thought it was a presidents job to defend and support his country. Trump has been attacking Zelensky for years now because Trump supports Putin and other dictators. Trump supports Putin because something happened to Trump years ago when he visited Moscow for his pageants and hotel deals (Sex scandal should surprise no one). Those facts were buried by Bill Barr rather than exposing the traitor that Trump really is. The fact is that we should be supporting Ukraine much more than we do including giving full access for the country (Ukraine) being attacked by an aggressor (Russia) and not being allowed to attack back. Back to Trump, If to date you have not heard what he has said now for years you are just as much a traitor as he is. Supporting Russia to attack its neighbors is in itself criminal. Declaring that you want to weaken NATO for Putin's benefit should be a huge red flag for any voter if you refuse to understand and see all of Trumps other crimes.

  29. I don't understand Donald Trump's rhetoric that the US should withdraw support from Ukraine and force it to surrender to Russia. . Is he not aware of the United States promises to Ukraine in 1994? I am not sure members of Congress or the Media are. And no doubt Donald J would insist Putin be given immunity for his war crimes, for which an international arrest warrant has been issued.

    Back in the 1990s, Russia was friendly to the US back then, Ukraine had a huge nuclear arsenal. It took years of political manoeuvring and diplomatic work by the US, the UK and Russia, starting with the Lisbon Protocol in 1992, to remove all these weapons and nuclear infrastructure from Ukraine. In 1994, under the Massandra Accords, Ukraine eventually reluctantly committed to full disarmament, including strategic weapons, in exchange for the irrevocable undertaking of economic support and security assurances from the United States and Russia. All their vast nuclear arsenal, with the approval of the US, was handed over to Russia!.

    It was always thought that with such security assurances from the United States (and Russia), nobody would seriously contemplate waging war or invading Ukraine, with the US (and Russia?) having their back. Unfortunately, when Russia, by then a completely different political entity, effectively invaded Crimea in 2014 the US did not come to their aid, This was a huge mistake by the US. Many believe this failure by the US resulted directly in the current war, as Russia took the US's non reaction to the Crimea invasion as a sign of weakness and that the promises made by the US could be relied upon about as much as Russian ones to support Ukraine, could, and therefore they could invade Ukraine without consequences. Why it took so long for the US to get involved is a poor reflection on us. If anything, the US should be more involved instead of letting politicians try to override and welsh on its international commitments. Or are we telling the world that commitments on the world stage by one US administration are not binding on the next. That would be crazy.
