A Ukrainian drone pilot downed a rare Russian “Merlin”-type reconnaissance drone, landing a direct hit despite heavy EW interference. The downed drone has an estimated range of 600km and costs approximately $300,000.

1. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are always in need of drones. If you want to support the Ukrainian drone units, then I recommend the Wild Hornets company, a non-profit-organization, which supplies many different drone teams directly with FPV drones and drone accessories.    Perhaps Ukraine should name a class of drones “Putin’s sore ass”, just for the headline value when they’re shot down.
