10. I don’t like disparaging our police forces, but it appears that they use a sort of moral judgement when they decide the urgency of action. So if the missing or murdered person deviates from the average in some way they are much more likely to be dismissed or disregarded. I’m thinking of the Stephen Port murders for instance
