  1. My best guess is that it IS a toy, as in, a toy for your cat, but NOT a toy in the traditional sense of the word as something you’d give to your child etc.

    Either that or a misprint. Either or.

  2. I’m guessing they mean it’s not a toy for children.

    And the rear said if you spot any damage to dispose of it.
