  14. DONALD TRUMP JUST BROKE THE LAW (AGAIN). 1. Constitutional Authority and Role of the President
    The U.S. Constitution grants the president significant authority over foreign affairs, including the power to negotiate treaties (Article II, Section 2). However, this authority IS LIMITED TO THE TIME WHEN AN INDIVIDUAL HOLDS THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. Once a person leaves office, they no longer possess the formal powers or responsibilities associated with that role.

    2. Legal Status of Former Presidents
    Former presidents do not have any official capacity or legal authority to represent the United States in diplomatic matters unless specifically authorized by current officials or through some form of delegation. The Constitution does not prohibit a former president from engaging in discussions or negotiations informally; however, such actions would lack official status and COULD LEAD TO COMPLICATIONS REGARDING REPRESENTATION AND LEGITIMACY.

    4. Potential Legal Implications
    While there are no explicit laws preventing a former president from participating in war negotiations INFORMALLY, there are potential legal implications:

    Espionage Act: If a former president were to disclose classified information during these negotiations without proper authorization, they could face legal consequences under laws governing national security.

    Diplomatic Protocols: Engaging with foreign governments without authorization could violate diplomatic protocols and lead to tensions between nations.

  16. The Ukraine war has bled Americans of 100s of billions of their hard earned dollars and cost 100s of thousands of Ukrainian lives. It's been a huge miscalculation by NATO. End the war.

  38. I love the way President Trump takes command of a room, he speaks with conviction, no hesitation or fumbling. His presence, his walk, radiates leadership, conviction and confidence, something we rarely see in men these days. Thank you God for blessing America with a President like Trump.
