It seems like the folks manning the ICC were the kids who grew up to watching Dora the Explorer and thought they were legit helping when yelling Swiper No Swiping
For all the aid on the table and access to global resources, the Taliban has never engaged with the global community for more than a handful of times when it retook power. All the promises it made about reform were a lie. They only pretended to care for the first few months after their takeover and gave lip service while things cooled down.
They super don’t care about the UN or anyone else at this point and are happy just running the country with no money, no standards and no responsibility to their own citizens or the global community.
