  1. An international legend. He ended up sad and actually lonely . He started his acting career also sad. He never seemed able to over come the hardship of his up bringing. Bless his soul.

  2. Great actor. Great man who loved his family and the important things in life. Yes, he was controversial at times, but all in all he stood no nonsense and was a very kind gentleman. Watch his interviews, that smile, his passions, you get to know he had good philosophies, loved his acting career and his fellow actors, namely Gabin and Ventura, Romy Schneider and Mirelle Darc, Dalida, as well as many others. His death wasn't totally unexpected though. But he was one of those 'one a million', regarding looks, talent, mannerisms. Great films and great personality. God bless him for eternity

  3. Alain Delon died adored by many if not worshiped but ALONE! Nobody can understand the life and the fame one endured to be as famous as he was but at the end it all came down to money and the fightings between the kids and family members to establish and prove who was the closest and deserved more of his money while he died alone!!!

  4. Be happy for him he's now released from an old sick body
    And in Alain Delons words
He had "lost his face" ( meaning his good looks) he was old and sick and now he's free ….

  5. Also the smiths album cover the queen is dead has him in it. But now the queen is dead and he is dead too. He also stressed the importance of the face as a form of expreessive intellect.
