Princess Catherine’s First Public Appearance Since Cancer Treatment Ended

The Princess of Wales made her first public appearance after completing cancer treatment.

Catherine joined Prince William and the King and Queen at a church service in Balmoral, Aberdeenshire.

Known as the Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, Catherine resumed her royal duties after a period of absence.

The princess had stepped away from public engagements earlier this year while undergoing treatment.

Despite her treatment, Catherine attended the King’s Birthday Parade, Trooping the Colour, in June.

She presented the men’s Wimbledon trophy to champion Carlos Alcaraz in July, during her treatment.

  4. I guess you know who the Americans are… it's not Princess Catherine. Technically it's not even Catherine, Princess of Wales. To be correct it is Princess William. She is not a princess in her own right but only in relation to her husband.

    I know it sounds cute and affectionate and everyone is sending their sincere love but she takes her role seriously within the Royal Family and will be the future Queen, so if you're that affectionate toward her, I would think affordinghet the dignity of her actual title would be more appropriate.

  9. My husband went through 3 months of brutal chemo and radiation the same time as Catherine. We well understand what she and William and family are going through. They continue to be in our prayers. I believe anyone who has gone down this path cannot come out of it without a greater, and deeper meaning of life and love. (Btw, scan this summer showed the cancer is gone, however, the biggest stressor now is the upcoming PET scan.)

  35. Not buying it. That handler in white has been micro-managing every single move of Kate and Charlotte since xmas when we stopped seeing the family altogether. The footage of the whole family together is old stuff. Will could be an actor, they dont seem to have the same chemistry and he looks odd. I think Will has been oft and Louis is also gone. Kate only comes out with Charlotte now. Why not all of them? The footage of her with her husband is taken inside and he looks like he doesnt even know her.
