   I do not know much about Rutte ?I believe Stoltenberg could have done more but at the same time he really did a good job on increasing participating countries in NATO funding

6. As a Dutchie, I never liked Rutte due to his politics. However he works hard and is good at his job. He should do a good job as chief of NATO.
