8. I’m sure if I spent a while digging through the mess that are search result I might find, but why does Ukraine use/waste so much time and ordinance double tapping/finishing off injured conscripts? I though Ukr. Is low on supplies, wouldnt it be much more valuable to find a second or higher value target than someone who is a low level orc and is going to expire soon anyway? I can get putting someone out of their misery and Rus isnt going to use resources to treat them anyway, but seems like waste to me.
