15. Look I know this is going to come off as JAQing or sealioning but legitimately, how do they tell loading explosives with loading a car with anything else? Do they use hum/sigint to know around where Hezbollah/Hamas operate or have ammo/explosives stored and simply make an informed decision? Obviously nobody is going to be carrying around comically giant black bombs with humongous wicks on them, so it’s got me wondering what the details are.
