  1. Holywood. Best Medium Town 2007 and a sign to back it up!

    Seriously though, there’s are a lot of nice places you could happily spend a day, although their nearest town isn’t always the nicest…

    For this, I’d have to say Newcastle for scenery and just good memories and happy times there.

  3. Gracehill – the only town in Northern Ireland with Unesco World Heritage site status.

  4. Randalstown is gorgeous. The old viaduct over the river coming into town, Randalstown forest… gorgeous place.

  5. Think I’d agree with the Doire crew, it’s lovely. I’ll always have a soft spot for seaside towns, but I just like the focal points about it: bridges, train station, hilly narrow roads, views of Donegal, beauty of the Foyle and great hospitality.
