“Kissing Gate is an interactive installation to queer urban pedestrian experiences and invite romantic interactions between strangers. Never fully open or fully closed, Kissing Gate is an encounter with no right of way – a hyphen, not a period”
So that sheep you fancy cant escape.

It allows people to pass through but not livestock

It’s art but if there is a girl willing to kiss a stranger then I would happily show up.
This is right next to my office. It’s an art installation.
They had a set of stone walls with snail shells and hands coming out of them. Was pretty weird. Guess this is the new replacement kind of like the 4th plinth at Trafalgar Square
