  1. This is one of these couple of dishes we see as pure Czech and not austrohungarian. It’s a sweet&sour soup with mushrooms and potatoes, served with poached eggs. Found some mushrooms yesterday but I don’t know their english names.

  2. The soup is very creamy πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜‹ potatoes make wonder. What type of course is this?
