Hello everyone. When I was little (about 6 or 7) I used to watch lego stop motions on youtube.
One day i came across these two

https://youtu.be/G_M6L7gbFOY
Found them funny as hell, but of course couldn't understand a damn thing since I'm not Finnish.

I know those are basically the equivalent of YTPs with sound clips taken from what is basically a Finnish Seinfeld or something like that

Well I rediscovered them, and wondered if someone would be willing to provide a transcript or something! (Admittedly, the handful of finnish words and expressions i learned from My Summer Car are not too much use, and neither is google translate)

  1. I asked from ChatGPT and there is lots of answer. Try it. One was using otter.ai is one and Google cloud speech to text another example

  2. Oh god, these are from the dark times when 50% of finnish Youtube was just Ismo-remixes

(Ismo Laitela is a character in the long running soap opera Salatut Elämät)

  3. Not enough time to provide you a transcript, but the sounds are from a Finnish soap opera called Salatut Elämät produced since 1999, that is so unbearably bad that it’s good. The video title is basically “Ismo’s gun market” and Ismo is one of the protagonists in Salatut Elämät.
