Looking for any information on this knife of what it may say in the groove of the blade. I believe it is quite old. It was my grandfather's, I don't know anything more.

Last word in the groove or “veriura” is Kauhava. Its a town in ostrobothnia and its famous for knife making.

Looks like something from Iisakki Järvenpää. Very traditional knives from southern Ostrobothnia.
