  1. Steak, sausage, pasta, fries, mushrooms, an orange? What kind of meal is that?

Um bitoque era ovo, batata e arroz. Mas esta combinação parece mais de quem foi a um buffet e meteu um bocado de tudo

  2. As for 4.70 looks ok. If I’d get it tastier, I’d pay 5€ if it was made by a bunch (which still is) but looks like there’s no love (spices and herbs). You get a full meal or 1.5-2 meals but still… I’d just bring some spices, roll at least macaroni in some msg and something and I’d be good.

  3. Is it something typical for Portugal’s kitchen ? Because for me it looks strange. Pasta + fries? Sausages with chicken? Mushrooms with orange? Kinda like student taking everything that is currently on promo.

  4. Is your uni food subsidized? As in, you pay only EUR 4.70, but the state pays another 4.70 to the student union running the cafeteria for every meal sold?

Other than that, obviously you should swap the pile of fries and pasta with an equal pile of salad, and the small salad in the little bowl with fries (or pasta).

Never eat white bread, only rye bread or whole grain bread.

  5. Foda-se, onde foi isso?

Por 4.70€ nos meus tempos de Coimbra comia um excelente bacalhau à Lagareiro nas cantinas verdes da UC.
