“Major study” from the life cycle analysis community’s single most discredited researcher whose primary talents are self-promotion and making an absolute fool of himself once every 10 to 15 years on a subject in which he has no qualifications other than being sensational.
I hate science journalism. I watched this guy get shredded live on stage by every other Cornell University LCA researcher and yet they still report this stuff like it’s authoritative.
I’ll take solar and wind please.
That’s not really the point of LNG….
Europe needed to replace Russian gas or be held hostage to Russia over energy supply. They are also building out renewables.
So yes it is a transition fuel, even if it’s not good for the climate because their infrastructure is built for gas.
