I’m torn on this. I get that delivery drivers have unbelievable targets but that is way too early
Bit of context, redoing our 2nd house as my dad’s had a brain surgery and has been bedridden for pretty much 2024. The house he lived in (the one in the pic) left in a state of disrepair. You can even see the garden door is not even attached yet the delivery driver thought, “yeah that looks safe” in full view of anyone passing the street.
Its prob a driver that gets a certain number of parcels and a deadline a works on thier own time and decided to deliver late at night. Makes sense if you dont need somone to receive the parcel as theres way less traffic
I once had a delivery driver who didn’t even tell me it was delivered. I was home all day. It wasn’t until I went to the shop I saw it on the ground outside the block. Put in a complaint but heard nothing back.
“Look, we’ve discussed this.
Early in morning counts as late at night and we agreed no reggae music late at night”
Be thankful it got delivered.

I’d honestly be pretty happy about it assuming the driver wasn’t knocking on my door at 4:30. I trust the milkman to leave the milk at some point early so why not other stuff (assuming the place is reasonably safe)
Stop moaning! You’ve got the parcel. I can’t see what the problem is. Did the driver chap on your door and wake you up? No! 🤷🏻♂️
Whats the issue?
I had a missed delivery at 21:43 two days ago. Who the fuck is delivering parcels at almost ten at night!
