I’ve been to see Nik Kershaw tonight, blast from the 80s, but great musician and backed but an awesome band. Still buzzing from singing, dancing and drumming along!

I’ve eaten a load of Lidl’s sugar-free sweets this evening, forgetting that the sweeteners they contain make you shit through the eye of a needle.
Just rewatched my all time favourite film Leon: The Professional and almost forgot how good it was. Classic film.
I had a good day today, although I wanted more sleep 😆 too much late night reading 😅
I cleaned the flat, made cinnamon rolls, started my menu for next week, started playing a game of Go over the internet, read a book…

I am up because my recovery had a minor setback. I decided I was ready for a proper meal tonight, as I had just been grazing before. Reader, I was not ready for a full meal, and my stomach let me know that an hour later. All its really done is really mess up my medication schedule.
Was a rather nice day before that, I got the last of the laundry done, cleaned the kitchen, spent time cooking, and Wigan won a Rugby match. Probably need to stop trying to double-time my recovery.
The new Joker film was pretty shit. The Chinese after made up for it though! Going to catch up on MOTD in bed.
Just home from my cousins wedding / evening party. Don’t see everyone very often and there were a couple of absences but it was nice to see everyone.
My nephew is such a show off. I wish I had his confidence.
Niece was very quiet but eventually discovered the chocolate table. She was then powered by Ferrero Roche, as any self respecting 3 year old should be.
Anyway, I’m shattered so off to sleep. Goodnight Late Thread.
I’ve been working on updating pages on the [Bamzooki wiki ](https://bamzooki.fandom.com/wiki/Bamzooki_Wiki) that I run – I took over running it after it had been dormant for over a year and am working through on documenting every Zook that’s appeared on the show!
Good thing it’s Saturday because my mind is switched to full blown ON. No idea why, but sleep feels a good distance away yet.
Heard a loud crashing sound on my patio a short while ago. Before I got round to investigating, I received a message from my upstairs neighbour (two storeys above): “Sorry, but I’ve managed to drop an entire treacle tart onto your patio.”
How? Who knew a treacle tart could be so noisy? Etc…
Anyways, really looking forward to cleaning up that sticky bastard tomorrow.
Just arrived in the UK off a long transatlantic flight and I’m badly jetlagged. Need to be up at 7 though.
