I have seen multiple articles about the Taliban recently. Which feels intentional. Everybody knew what was going to happen. They are repressive towards women. Duh. Just like the saudi’s. This isn’t a surprise to anyone. This feels like manufacturing consent for Israel “self defending” in Beruit. I expect we will see a bunch of comparisons to Hezbollah in the next weeks saying that “actually here’s why Israel invading a sovereign country and levelling its capital is a good thing”
