48 hours with Ukraine’s frontline medics

In Ukraine, President Zelenskyy has hit out at western allies for stalling the supply of long-range weapons.

The need for weapons is now the most urgent it has been since the start of the full scale invasion.

Russia is pushing hard on the eastern front, and they’re advancing; even while reportedly losing more than a 1000 soldiers a day.

In the past days Russians have taken the Ukrainian stronghold of Vuhledar and are pushing closer towards the strategically important city of Pokrovsk.

Our team has spent 48 hours on the frontline just south of there near Kurakhove, where Russia is pounding Ukrainian forces day and night with artillery, glide bombs and drone strikes.

We bring you the story of the medical corp of the DaVinci Wolves battalion – and be warned this report contains some highly graphic scenes of injured soldiers and their treatment.

  2. Generally ask, what is that look like "golden plastic paper" that they use to treat the wounded soldier and what kind of treatment that "golden plastic paper" to the wounded?

  7. To think this could all be avoided by sitting around a table and negotiating. Sadly because of the interests of a few, lives must be lost and now land is lost.

    This is the grim reality of war that politicians don't experience but are keen to keep going.

  15. Ukrainians must kick Zelensky out of office. This man is responsible for the destruction Ukraine and Ukrainians. Zelensky sold his country to the USA and NATO to be used in a proxy war to defeat Putin. Now the USA has failed to defeat Putin

  26. Boris Johnson fcuked all this up when you think the Ukrainians has already signed a peace deal the Russians went home and soon as they crossed the border zelenski ripped the deal up cos Johnson told him we will support yous to the last Ukrainian. Make it make sense nato ffs.
