  2. Vans that deliver many people’s shopping in one trip are a really efficient way to get groceries to lots of people. London has air pollution problems from petrol and diesel engines. Should we not encourage electric delivery vans?

  3. Why wouldn’t they pay the congestion charge? It’s not the ULEZ, electric cars are still present on the roads and contribute towards congestion.

  4. It’s a congestion charge and it was always a matter of time before EVs were also targeted for further syphoning of tax revenue from workers instead of the rich.
