    Any large shaped pasta could also work. Cook in salted water. Rinse in cool water.

    2 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice (acidic)

    One sardine

    Green onion and fresh herbs (there is a lot of room for different herbs)

    Mix the sauce together with the sardine till it is a paste. Add cold pasta and mix gently.
