Does anyone know what is the green dust on my sink pipe?

Here is a picture. I was looking for a leakage or something that may be causing this green stuff on the pipes. Is this something normal in the pipes or it could be like sope that somehow got there?

Normal corrosion on copper parts/alloys.

There might be rust in the pipes?
