1. Can’t say I’m surprised, the hostility of the natives to all outsiders is why no real industry or infrastructure got built during the 20 year inter-Talibastard period. Nobody wanted to risk their own citizens.

   China on the other hand isn’t likely to be as hamstrung as Western forces were. They are likely to start making serious and bloody reprisals.
