I don’t know what it is with Russian war doctrine but going after random civilians in places they’ve invaded for the purpose of “freeing them from their Nazi masters” has really ended up being the Russians who are doing inhumane things to anyone. It’s not like the war will end sooner because they attack civilans or that the west will resume normal relations with Russia because of clips like this.
