I was in the mournes Saturday for a 20km hike. 45mph gusts and visibility like that, thought I’d be one to be rescued… Never underestimating the weather again lol

Was it one of those walkers that the old folks use ? What was it doing way up there ?

If the copter could fly the conditions where not poor. Another plank wasting the time of our stretched, financially, rescue services. Stay at home.
Always amazed that they often land this thing on the slopes of cavehill. I know the front really well and can’t think at all how they manage it.
