  2. Each of those turrers weights like 17 tons and was tossed like a toy. Absolutely brutal

  3. Is this the best one yet? I think it’s a close contender for the top spot. Crazy hang time and effortless tumbling, amazing.

  4. Catastrophic is the correct term goddamn. I can’t imagine anyone willing to buy Russian tanks after all this. Though even after Saddam’s Lions of Babylon countries still find 3 dudes to hop in these rolling craters.

  5. They won’t be forgotten, literally, they’ll end up in some ‘Russian Turret Toss Top 10 Of All Times’ compilation.

  6. Someone in NCD calculated it at 105 meters based on a 7.7 meter total gun and turrent length.

Someone else went one step further and calculated the takeoff velocity at 164 kmph.

Then a third guy calculated the direct energy transfer to the turret required to launch a multi-ton gun system 300 odd feet into the air.

Once you get over the aircraft fetishes, NCD can provide some very origional insights.

  7. Fellas, we’ve seen some fine turret tosses past couple years, but that’s got to be tops.

  8. Wow that was seriously impressive, it’s worth offsetting the carbon footprint to see a display as good as that . 👍👍

  9. i think i saw the pop out hatches go so the crew should still be alive and healthy 🙂

  10. I need someone smarter than me to do the math on that turret toss, we need to know where it ranks! lol
