Another good reason for the UK to legalise irritant self-defence sprays.
This is probably a dim question, but what are life-changing injuries? I’ve got an idea obviously but is it something that’s objectively measured?
> A 42-year-old woman and a man, both from the local area, have been arrested on suspicion of owning or possessing a dog bred for fighting and owning or possessing a dog dangerously out of control.
So another XL Bully or otherwise pit bull type dog? Say it ain’t so. Certain breeds are bred for fighting and killing, and they’re so violent and unpredictable that they aren’t safe to keep as pets.
I actually saw someone say “there’s no such thing as a dangerous breed, just bad owners” in here. Lots of Americans LARPing as Brits on this sub.
