It’s when one nostril is stuffed and you can feel the horrible warm breath from the unstuffed nostril on your upper lip like it’s a fucking turbine wind tunnel test and you think “this is just one nostril, why tf can’t I feel this intensity of breath when I have two unstuffed nostrils?”
