These keep showing up. What are they?

I moved into a WG a couple days ago and I have been seeing these things a few times a day in my room and In the hallway, the landlord and I have narrowed down they are coming from one wall and there is an exterminator coming soon, there are also little black beetles showing up. There is a musty sour smell in the room and I'm wondering if I should be worried.
