Scotch egg for lunch. What sauce are you adding?

  1. Haven’t tried it, but I’ve recently been thinking of slicing two of the proper sized ones up (like the one you have there), and making a sandwich with the classic HP and loads of butter. Something tells me that it would incredible, but that I’d subsequently have to re-evaluate my life choices. Haven’t done a big shop since the idea came up, so I’ll more than likely make it so.

  2. Mustard probably, maybe a couple of those little girkins as well?

    Also I don’t think HP was a bad choice, but would go mustard first off

  3. Runny yolk: no sauce but maybe a little pepper.

    Hard yolk: a bit of hellmans mustard or some piccalilli. Or pickle if having as part of a platter with cheese and ham ect
