Haven’t tried it, but I’ve recently been thinking of slicing two of the proper sized ones up (like the one you have there), and making a sandwich with the classic HP and loads of butter. Something tells me that it would incredible, but that I’d subsequently have to re-evaluate my life choices. Haven’t done a big shop since the idea came up, so I’ll more than likely make it so.
Is rock salt considered a sauce?

Cold none, but I have started air frying them, they go great with a bit of tomato ketchup.
Frank’s Hot Sauce.
With eggs – always some Frank’s Hot Sauce.
Runny yolk: no sauce but maybe a little pepper.
Hard yolk: a bit of hellmans mustard or some piccalilli. Or pickle if having as part of a platter with cheese and ham ect
