My landlord came one and fixed all of them, but it stopped working again. Seems it was an easy fix, but this thing looks old and they are not heating anymore. I guess he opened but I was wondering if someone knows how to do it

It should just pop off or unscrew the ring right behing the black piece on the back. Once you have it off, you will see a pin that is most likely stuck closed. Pull it out gently with a pair of pliers, it doesnt move that much.
It sounds like your landlord knows. Why don’t you ask him how to fix it? Maybe he can explain it and doesn’t need to do it himself.
