So this was from a hotel, they did have lorne sausage, so it was link sausage both on the menu, but wasn't given a choice nor was I for the egg. The tomato is fried, so I don't think it counts as salad.

I like beans. Shouldn’t be on a fry up. Tomatoes, absolutely.
It´s a good breakfast, especially for heavy physical activity, filled with energy and nutrients.
Just make sure the beans aren´t the ones from a can that has as much sugar in them as soda.
