I think they are right in making appropriate preparations:

Baltics I can imagine (if you ignore the NATO shaped elephant in the room). Poland they would be nuts. They have been arming themselves to the teeth and have enough people to go in hard.

If they tried, Russia would get completely messed up and Putin would be at the Haag within a month
Poland is an absolute powerhouse and would flatten any attempts to threaten them. Russia is full of incompetence and rife with alcoholism in the ranks. Poland is as worried about this as I am. And I say 🖕🇷🇺
