OF course they have N.Korea soldiers in there just like they have had or have the Chinese soldiers in there as everyone has seen on the videos of the Chinese soldiers putting down Putin and bitching about how shitty the Russian army is set up and what they are given to fight with. As far as I understand Putin, only Russia as a legitimate conqueror and land robber has the right to be fully supported by military allies, like North Korea, China and Iran, but not Ukraine, since it has no right to exist and every support from Europeans or Americans is considered a direct involvement into the war. President Biden, as President Macron, Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Chancellor Scholz strongly support this idea and they strictly deny Ukraine to use their weapons freely against Russia.

Like the Spanish Civil War, China, and North Korea can get combat experience in a modern near-peer war, mine- counter-mine operations, modern GPS – quick moving arty, modern anti-air – anti-armor tactics, and drone usage. This will help them create (if they live) an experienced cadre of NCOs and junior – mid-level officers with experience against NATO-Western tactics and equipment. Further, both countries are probably getting billions in gas – oil in return for the men, equipment, and ammo. (With China and NK getting rid of their old stocks and ramping up production of new replacements and the jobs that that helps create.). All while at worst losing men from a generation that is facing mass unemployment at home.
